PLACING YOUR ORDER

Orders placed on line are paid through PayPal, on receipt on the transaction goods will be posted, please refer to Disptach section below.

Online Sales Browse though the website and press 'Add this to my cart' button at the bottom of the item description. You can check your current status anytime by pressing 'Shopping Cart' button. You can view or change any of the items in your cart. Then you can choose 'Back to Shopping' or 'Go to Checkout'. When you have finished, you will be asked for few details to complete the order. A confirmation will be sent to you by Email.

DISPATCH

If the product is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. We will try our best to dispatch your goods as soon as possible, but ensure you allow up to 14 days for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

DELIVERY CHARGES

£2.75 flat rate on order to mainland U.K. and £5.50 to Ireland. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and require a signature upon receipt.   If you wish to collect your items please e-mail mail@craft-in-time.com and we will arrange for delivery charges to be refunded upon collection.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Claims for un-received goods, damage, non-functionality must be made within seven days of receipt by Email or post. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value, or we will refund the cost of the goods to you. Cancellation notification must be made by Email before the goods are dispatched to you, otherwise customers will be liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused, and with the original invoice enclosed in order for any refunds to be given.
